Boston Logan is 40 minutes on a good day, 90 minutes+ during rush hour. Boston probably has the most variety of flights. It's 100-150 cab ride from Boston to Lowell.
Manchester NH is about 50 minutes everyday, not sure about cab rides, but it would cross a state line, so factor that in.
